hi, I’m kanda ♡
I’m a freelance illustrator and content creator who spends most days drawing, worldbuilding, or getting a little too attached to fictional characters.
I’ve been making art since I was thirteen and I’m mostly self taught. before going full time as a freelancer, I worked in the game industry for three years after finishing my bachelor’s degree in game design and graphics, which also means I have a background in 3D modeling.
I’ve been a twitch partner for five years now, streaming both art and games, and over that time i’ve built two large story universes, one of which became a webtoon, along with more original characters than I can count.
through this course, I want to share not only the knowledge I’ve gathered over the years, but the exact method and way of thinking I use when designing and illustrating characters.
